Thanks Ian. I'll blog when I can. I'm trying to keep the pack weight down to 10kg, so that I can run bits and pieces. I've no idea how far I'll get each day...

It was great to see Jason & Daisy and the 3 boys at Encamp, Andorra on the evening of 18th July. And it nearly killed me getting from Estaon to Encamp in 2 days to arrive in time! 5 stages in 2 days, and such a tough final descent into Encamp. I was shattered and could hardly walk when I arrived just after 9pm. I was very grateful to Jason and Daisy for the beer and food and cold water to bathe my battered feet.
