The postponed West Districts, originally scheduled for last December.
Kilbarchan AAC took 1,2,3 in the senior ladies race.
I felt fairly washed out for the men's race, and just tried to hang on after the opening stampede. The only people I caught were Marc McColl and Greig Glendining, but other than that I was slowly dropping down the field the whole race, and really not feeling quite right.
