Balloch to Clydebank Half Marathon

Results
Clocked a PB by exactly 2 minutes. Finished 16th in 1:18:17, and 1st V40 - although I was beaten by the first V50. Ellie finished 6th lady in 1:31:08. The race was won by David Millar in 1:09:03. Helen Stuart was first lady in 1:20:38.

Haweswater Half Marathon

Results
A tough race in vile conditions. Strong headwind on the way out. Torrential rain on the way back. I felt tired and washed out after yesterday's cross country and only managed 12th in 1:21:16. Ellie had a great run to finish 9th lady in 1:33:27. The race was won by by Mike Scott of Border Harriers in 1:11:27.

Scottish National Masters Cross Country

Perfect weather for Cross Country. A good course with a few short sharp climbs and muddy corners. Finished 20th in 37:03. The men's race was won by Stevie Cairns of HBT. The ladies' race was won by Susan Finch, City of Glasgow. Both races had very close finishes between 2nd and 3rd.

Kirkintilloch 12.5k Road Race

The race was won by Robert Gilroy of Cambuslang in a new course record of 41:50. First lady was Rebecca Moore, City of Edinburgh. I finished 6th overall and 1st V40 in 46:13. That was 1:44 quicker than last year's time.

King's Building 5-mile Road Race

Another race. Another PB. Finished 22nd (and 4th V40) in 28:04, knocking 1:31 off my previous best.
Almost got under 28 minutes, but died a bit in the final 150 metres.
