Results
Today, I watched the Scottish National Cross Country at Callendar Park, Falkirk.
Freya Murray of Edinburgh AC won the women's race with a lead of nearly 2 minutes. The under 20 men's race was closer with Callum Hawkins (Kilbarchan) holding off Matthew Gillespie (Shettleston) by 3 seconds, and in the senior men's race Alastair Hay of Central AC successfully defended his title, with a 5 second lead over Shettleston's Tsegezab Woldemichael. Last year's under-20 champion Derek Hawkins of Kilbarchan finished 3rd.

A disapointing day for me Chris as I had to drop out nearing the end of lap two with a hip problem never the less fantastic pictures!
Hope you are over your own injury woes and back competing shortly.
Hi Gary, I see a got a few shots of you before you had to drop out. I hope the hip is not a big problem.
I've not been running properly since October, but hope to get back soon.
Hi Chris,I'm looking at 4 weeks or so on the sidelines"touch wood" and then i will try and get the fitness back for one or two of the polariods hopefully your on the mend by then.
