Local boy Andy McCall once again won the Cornalees Hill Race, followed by Glenpark stalwart and part-time Westie Stevie McLoone. I held onto 3rd place despite having to stop to re-tie my shoelace and getting lost in the thick drizzly murk on the hill just before the summit. After stumbling around for a couple of minutes I finally saw Stevie returning from the summit and got back on the route.
