A lovely sunny evening but deceptively windy on the summit ridge. Legs seized up after the first top and lost places to Bruce Smith and John Kennedy. Had a slow juddery descent back to the stile, but at least managed to beat Steffen and Don which is the only reason I went. The race was won by Alasdair Anthony with Des Crowe second and Paul Fettes third. Eilidh Wardlaw was first lady.
