Results
A tough race in vile conditions. Strong headwind on the way out. Torrential rain on the way back. I felt tired and washed out after yesterday's cross country and only managed 12th in 1:21:16. Ellie had a great run to finish 9th lady in 1:33:27. The race was won by by Mike Scott of Border Harriers in 1:11:27.
